Donaldson Company, Inc. has implemented a zero tolerance policy for non-compliant suppliers shipping to Donaldson plants and it’s affiliates. All Donaldson suppliers are expected to follow the instructions set forth by this routing guide for all shipments. Any infraction of these rules and regulations, regardless of reason, without prior written approval from Donaldson Company Transportation Services will result in a charge back to the supplier’s account for 100% of the freight charges incurred plus a $100 administrative fee per occurrence. It is the duty of the supplier to check the routing guide for every shipment as it is subject to change without notice. Late suppliers will be responsible for any and all expedited freight charges incurred as a result of their tardiness. Please be sure to review the rules and regulations before all shipments to ensure that all necessary paperwork, terms, and required information have been provided.
